Who we are
Quiet Victory Labs LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates quietvictorylabs.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact information. Your name, email address, and anything you write to us when you use the contact form or email us.
- Usage data. Aggregate, non-identifying information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and approximate location by country. We use Vercel Analytics for this, which does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
- Error reports. If something on the site breaks, a technical report may be sent to Sentry. It can include your browser type, operating system, and the page you were on.
How we use it
- To respond to your message and follow up if you ask us to.
- To keep the site working and understand how it is used.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Vercel for hosting and analytics, Resend for email delivery, and Sentry for error reporting. Each processes information on our behalf under its own privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies that are set are strictly necessary for the site to function.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence, and no longer than legal, accounting, or reporting requirements demand.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
